Biscotti David’s Bridal Long Chiffon Dress

I am 5 foot 6. The dress was NOT hemmed. Bought it at a size 16, but was altered to a 14 after losing some weight. The bust was altered to fit a 38B cup size. Under the bust was taken out to make it an empire waist instead of tight to the body more flow he from the bust undercarriage down.
