Bishop + Young blouse

Orange and pink floral printed blouse with a pleated mock neck that has two pearl buttons. It has a V in the front and a smaller one in the back. The front is plain and the back is peplum style. Loose fit. Will fit a larger size. Pit to pit is approximately 21.5" and length is 24". New but missing tag.
