Bishop & Young dress

White and blue pin stripe dress with navy embroidery. Top is fully elasticated so it can be worn off the shoulders. Elasticated near the bottom of the sleeve with a bell effect. Can be worn as a dress or tunic depending on your height. New with tags. Size small pit to pit is approx 21.5" and length from center chest down is 28". Size medium pit to pit is approx 22.5" and length from centre chest down is 28.5".
