Bisou Bisou empire waist dress. Looks like skirt and blouse. Skirt portion is black scuba fabric, upper has camisol lining, upper blouse green blue black and white, short sleeved, 3 covered buttons, ruffle front, pencil bottom dress, built in cami underneath, ruffled and pleated green and blue, top attached to black pencil like skirt. All one piece, bottom is very stretchy for a snug fit. Pit to pit- 18" inches Length- 37" inches 😍
