lgetya @nclerides im away from home until Tuesday November 28th & again Dec 6-20 so I can measure exact & send it from November 29- December 5th if you think youre interested... According to the makers its a size 16 but I say it would comfortably fit a traditional 12-14 with a 36DD-38DD or 38" around the bust, 30-32" waist & 38-40" hips. Like i said i can take more measurements & send them if you need or i can just send you the coat when I'm home between my trips. what size are you?

lgetya also it was purchased from costco so it is a generous size. It's not Chinese sizing.
