Black Blazer with Ruched Sleeves

This black blazer with mid-length ruched sleeves is slightly stretchy. Material is a cotton polyester blend and it is lined. Easy to grab and go as it doesn't need to be ironed and still looks professional. Has 2 faux pockets and slightly padded shoulders. Size XS. I am a US size 4 above the waist and it fits me perfectly.
