Black Box HDMI To VGA Adapter (VA, HDMI, VGA) in excellent condition no damage never used still has plastic on adapter. Black Box adapter has an HDMI on one end and a VGA on the large box for attaching a computer monitor.  On adapter where the monitor or devices connect there is 3 rows of 5 pin holes with #'s on each 1, 6, 11 on right & 5, 10, 15 on left side.
