Black Cat Dress NWT medium

Brand new women's cat dress size medium. Never worn, tags still attached. Sheer mesh back, straps and sides. Small side zipper. Bow is attached with a snap. There is a small pull in the fabric (see photo) and the ink on one of the eyes is smeared a bit (see photo) but the dress is in unworn condition.
