Black Classy Turtleneck Sweater

Cute sweater from San Francisco with little pearls on the sleeves! It has two flaps at the neck you can tie in a bow. It shrinks in the dryer, which I accidentally put it in. So it would fit very well on a smaller person than me (like 5'5)
