From Forever 21, in a size 3X. I've only worn it once, and it is super cute, in like new condition! Very stretchy. There is a side zipper, and the bottom hem is a little crooked due to a slight manufacturing error, but not noticeable at all.

Both measurements are taken flat, so remember to double them, and the fabric is very stretchy. Measurements are taken unstretched.
Waist is 19.5"/52 cm flat
Bust is 22"/56.5 cm flat
