Black Crushed Velvet A-line Dress

I am unsure of the precise size of the dress, if I had to guess I was probably a medium back when I wore it. I have included a picture with a tape measure at the waistline. At 5’ 6” the length of the dress falls at my ankles. The fabric is stretchy. There is a bit of wear on the interfacing underneath the inside collar reinforcement, but nothing you would see when you’re wearing it. From pet-free, smoke-free home.
