Black Crushed Velvet Vintage 80s or 90s Long Sleeve Skater Dress

I love this stretchy and comfortable dress that I've had it for at least 15 years but I've hardly ever worn it because it's too short on me (I'm 5'9" with a big bum). The dress has darts in the front and back, making it extra flattering. When the dress is laid flat, the shoulder to the end of the sleeve measures 22 inches, from armpit to armpit is 20 inches across, the waist is 16 inches, the hips are at least 24 inches, the length of the entire dress is 35 inches long, and the circumference of the buttons is 0.55 inches. The bottom two buttons have very light scratches (hard to see) but everything else is in excellent condition!
