Black Designer Evening Dress Vintage RIZKALLAH Velvet Couture Formal Gown Regen

Stunning designer couture piece by Rizkallah. I have never seen the kind of craftsmanship that went into creating these unbelievable sleeves. They are ruched/gathered and massive. The whole piece is such a work of art, elegant and unique. It features a scoop neckline with a tie bow at the under bust and of course those incredible ruched sleeves. The bow has been reinforced with a safety pin on the interior. I'm not sure if this is necessary but I haven't removed it. Please see more details below. Label - Rizkallah Made in USA No fabrication contents label. Fabric is velvet. Tag attached says dry clean only. Fully lined. Best fit would be a size small however please review measurements below as I am unable to offer returns. This fit my size 2-4 mannequin perfectly. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam - 11.5" Arm - 12" Chest - 33" Waist - 28" (empire waist taken under bust) Hips - 36" Length - 53.5" No stretch to fabric. Back zipper closure with hook and loop. Very good vintage condition. There is some interior under arm areas that are lightened, possibly due to deodorant. Please see last photo.
