Black Dress With Red Crinoline

The flattering a line skirt with red crinoline really makes this dress something special. Stretchy bra-like straps makes the top adjustable and there is boning through the bust as well. Cute polka dotted belt sits nicely at the waist with the help of the side loops. Cotton fabric with a little bit of spandex makes it comfortable. Approximately 39" from shoulder to bottom of black cotton hem. This hits me 2" below the knee on my 5'2 frame. In excellent worn condition.
