Black Eddie Bauer Maxi Skirt

Someone please buy this quickly so that I don't cave and keep it! This skirt was my mom's from the early 2000s -- it is the perfect late 90s/early 2000s skirt. My measurements in the pics for reference: Bust 36 Waist 27 Hips 40 If your measurements are similar to mine, the skirt will sit low on the waist/hips, like in these pictures. However, the skirt could accommodate a few more inches in the waist -- it would just sit higher up as more of a mid-rise :)
