Full button-up (white buttons) Dolman short sleeves Gathered Elastic waist with front ties Waist is slightly higher, but I’m not sure if it qualifies as empire: elastic starts at 15” down from shoulder in front, same from collar seam in back Bust: although difficult to measure with dolman sleeves, approx 19” across (fits 40C/42B) Waist 17” across unstretched, 19” across fully stretched Length: base of collar in back to hem 46” For Fall, this would look great for the office with a black cardigan and boots!
