Black Floral Midi Skirt

This skirt is so cute, sadly it is too small on me. There is no tag and it was thrifted so Im guessing it was homemade. Small pleats and zipper in the back. Comment if you want measurements, this would fit a size 12 or L perfectly (too small on me as a size 14).
