Black Floral Pattern Skater Dress

Very cute and uniquely patterned skater dress. Fabric is not stretchy but there is ample accordion paneling in the back to allow it to stretch. Zip entry. There is a small area on the left side where seams are coming apart (≤ 1 cm). Measurements when flat: Length: 27" from the top of the straps to the bottom of the dress. Waist: 11.25" but it will stretch - I have a 28" waist and can still fit into the dress.
