Black Formal Dress

Can be purchased for cheaper on my de pop @ wisdomofknowledge Comfortable black dress that can be worn a variety of ways. It gives off such vintage 90s vibes! It is far too big for me so I have tied a white belt around it in the pictures. This dress can be dressed up and worn formally or dressed down and worn casually. It’s made with a nice stretchy material. It can be worn off shoulder as well. The tag says XL. It can fit anywhere from a S-XL depending on what style you are going for.
