Black, Gold, White sparkle mini Chelsea dress purchased from Honey Boutique. Only worn once. Size is approximately an 8, under bust/high waist measurement is 27”/69cm. Length from under bust to hem is 18.5”, straps are adjustable. Would recommend keeping in a bag to prevent your whole closet from being covered in sparkles.
