Black & Gold Textured Bangle

Late 80s / early 90s from South America. Beautiful bangle with intricate detail, gold inlay. In the second photo there are two "slots" near the fastener, where a safety chain was affixed. No karat markings. Slight wear and tear near fastener and in a few areas along edge of bangle.
