Halter style mini dress that ties around neck. Elasticized bust, small ruffle at hem. No tags (size or material care) on dress. Dress was purchased in Cuba, never worn. Pit to pit is 11 inches, but elastic has stretch. Length from top to bottom hem is 25 inches. Fits like a XXS. Beautiful floral pattern with orange/yellow against black. Lightweight material.
