Black & Ivory party dress

Beautiful surplice cut top on this sleeveless party dress by Bonnie Jean The bodice is separated from the full skirt by a gathered black waistband featuring a pretty little rosette, finishing in a sash that ties up in the back. A floral pattern is screen-printed on the satiny fabric of the skirt, to mimic lace. There is some crinoline sewn into the 2 layers beneath the skirt.
