Black Jacquard Button Up Dress

Beautiful and unique dress. Heavier material and well structured and made. Can be worn as a dress or a open as a vest. No tags, but between an 8 or 10 - see measurements for fit details. chest: 18” waist: 16.5” armpit to hem: 30” Two imperfections shown in photographs 1) slight west/lightening on chest and 2) missing half of bottom button. Both could be fixed with minor efforts by the buyer if so desired.
