colorbuff Hi. I'm sorry if it took a bit more time than planned. The bust is 36 inches (18 inches pit to pit). The length is 22 inches but the beige lining does not reach all the way down. It stops at 19 inches. As for stretchability, the lining is made of stretchy fabric but the lace overlap does not stretch.
