Black Lace Peacocks Dress

I bought this dress in London, England a few years ago and have only worn it once. There is a black slip underneath and the lace on the top has a red floral design. It is soft and comfortable for lace. A log length with 3 1/4 length sleeves and they are a bit of a bell sleeve. Size 18.
