Black Layered Look 3/4 Sleeve Top Size P M ( Petite Medium?)

Looks like a thin sweater over a blouse but this is a one-piece top The sleeves appear long in the profile photo but they are 3/4 The size is PM which I assume is Petite Medium but I am not certain It does appear to fit like a Medium, however In very good condition
