New with tags, but from a few years ago-I never wore these as they were too long-now too small to bother hemming ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Features: Flat front, slim waistband with elastic back with darts for a smooth fit, invisible side seam zipper and button, no pockets. Approximate measurements taken flat: Waist: 17.5" relaxed, 19" at max stretch Hips: 23" Inseam: 31" Rise: 13.5" Across cuff: 10.5"
