prairie_flair @meaganblack420 Hi! Thats kind of a tough one as the ribbon tie up is adjustable by a couple of inches. When it's tied in thr middle its about 17" p to p and 15" waist. The smallest it goes is about 15" p to p and 13" waist. Hope this helps! Let me know if there is anything else I can measure
