Black Marc Jacobs awesome cropped wide-legged wool culottes size 4! waist 27" (sits low) length from waist 28" inseam 20" hem width 17" inches There is no fabric tag but it feels like 100% wool to me. Black is VERY hard to photograph! I am discounting the price below what it should be, because you can't see how great these are :) But they are really fabulous: well-constructed, high quality, and a lovely soft material with a beautiful drape.
