Black Maxi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kimborlei. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. The top part is like a t-shirt and the bottom part is maxi and sheer, with a lining that only goes down to just above the knees, leaving the rest sheer. Questions? Leave a comment below!
