Black Maxi soft & light Skirt 3 Tiered ruffles Elastic Waistband no lining US 8

Black 3 tiered ruffled maxi skirt with Elastic waist band. My model in pictures is US size 6 and the skirt was little large for her. Elastic waist band may fit woman US size 8 to 10. Please see the measurements on pictures. No lining inside the skirt. Light and cool, Perfect for summer time. Brand new with no tag as it was custom tailored but never used.
