Black Mesh Overlay Skirt, Lace and Sequins This skirt is gorgeous and gives off a vintage vibe. Fitted down the legs and then small sheer flares at the hem, in between the lines of black lace. The skirt is fully lined and has a side zipper. There are dainty black Sequin flowers accenting the lace on the front. Amazing preloved condition! I wish I knew the brand but it is from my mom's closet and she has no idea. We do know it's 100% polyester. Size small measurements laying flat waist: 28.5" hips: 42" waist to hem: 27"
