Black Mini Dress

Bought this over 4 years ago, and I wore it once to a Gala. Has mesh on the back and upper neck; with 2 stripes in the mid. Also 2 triangle cut outs near the bust. I cut the tags out, (because it would show through the mesh) but it would fit a 2 and is stretchy so maybe even a 4. Unsure of the brand.
