Black Nine West pleated skirt, size 12. 48% polyester, 48% viscose, 4% elastane. Zipper on one side with a hook and eye closure at the top. In excellent condition. There are faint marks from the hanger on the waistband - may be able to steam them out with an iron. The photo on the mannequin is for display purposes only - the skirt is clipped back for the photo (since the mannequin is size small or extra small).
