Black Pencil Skirt

Vintage wool pencil skirt. Stretchy thick material. Beautiful and very versatile. Very slight pilling at the hips. Seems that some of the stitching on the inside hem is starting to come loose (see photo.) An easy fix. Tagged size US12 but fits smaller. Measurements: waist 14” length 24”
