Black Pleated Skirt with Side Cargo-look Flaps Size: EU 40

Reposhing this item- it is as described but sadly it does not fit me:( This skirt is Canadian made, with high quality fabric and construction! It has no name label, but it's very very nice! The pleated areas are done in two different colours, a grey and a beige. The side flaps are faux pockets that have a zipper tooth outline. It has a size zipper closure and is lined. Great Used Condition Size 40 (comparable to an 8 - 10 US, but please see measurements) Waist measurement = 16 inches approximately Centre back length = 23.5 inches approximately
