Black Polka Dot Skater Dress

A black dress with white polka dots. It has a circle skirt cut giving an A-line style to the dress. The sleeves are in a t-shirt style with a fitted top and a scoop neckline. The skirt then flares out. Size small, 15 inches pit-to-pit and 33 inches in length. Excellent pre-loved condition! Still has plenty of wear left.
