Black RW&Co dress

RW&Co Black dress. Fitted at waist. Flare. Comes with ribbon. It’s got an ever slight stretch to it. Pit to pit: 18” Length: 38” (I’m 5’ 4” and sits just below the knee) Waist: 17” Only wore it once and it’s hung in the closet in a bag ever since.
