Black Raffia Pillbox Hat with Velvet Ribbon Vintage 1960s Women's Fashion Hat

Vintage black raffia pillbox hat from the 1960s has a black velvet ribbon with rhinestone bead on the front side. Hat had netting originally, but netting was removed with a few small pieces left within the top fold of hat. Lightweight & comfortable to wear. Inner circumference is approx. 22". Outer height of hat is approx. 3". Good vintage condition: has a few loose raffia ends that are sticking up (could be glued down).
