The color block pleated midi skirt is made with pleuche thin velvet type fabric and has an elastic waistband. The red color is a bit darker than in the photo. It is more of a wine color. The skirt has never been worn. The elastic waistband may have a crease from its hanger. It's sat in the closet for a few years.
