Black & Red Scarlet Medium Flower Short Dress Y2K

Short black and red Scarlet dress with mesh overlay. Ladies Medium. Gently used. All of my clothes have ever only been washed in cold water and hung to dry or dry cleaned. Smoke fee, pet free home. Purchased in either the late 90s or early 2000s. Button on back of neck line. 100% polyester. There's a few small threads hanging at the bottom that are not noticeable, but could be cut. Worn a few times out in my much younger years. Been just hanging in my closet for over a decade.
