Black Red Unique Designer Skirt

NWT, unique designer skirt with bottom slit by Susan Bristol, made in Canada, unique and gorgeous, excellent quality, size 8. There is about a 7" fold-over which is open at the top and then closed with buttons (which could be adjusted either way to suit you, +/-), I tried to capture this in the photos, but feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
