Black Rouched Mini Skirt

Never worn, brand new!! Cute skirt for fall, fits nicely around curves and can be worn high waisted or not! Fits like an xs/s. Picture included with my hand to show that there is a slight amount of see-through material at the bottom but the rest of the skirt is not see-through.
