Black Sandals with Buckle - size 7

Black faux leather sandals from SHEIN, ordered a size 41 (I’m a 9 and everyone suggested ordering a size up) and they are much too small. They fit like a 7.5 US. Cute sandals though, quality is good and very fashionable style. Never worn so I marked NWT but original bag has been thrown out. Measurements upon request
