Black Short-Sleeve Dress with White Collar

- Gently worn around 2 or 3 times - Stretchy material - Above the knee length (I'm 5’2) - Size XL - It has a belt loop. - Not sure how to describe the fabric. It is thick like the material of a blazer jacket, but has a rough pattern texture. - Very chic, cute and can be dressed up with a cardigan for a professional look.
