Black Skinny Strap Slip Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tomorrownight. Unfortunately, its the opposite fit of my body. I'm much wider on the hips (size 28 jeans) with a small upper body (B cup), and I'm short (5'2). This dress will fit someone with a heavier top and not wide hips.
