Black Skort (Skirt with shorts)

Flowy mini skort. The item looks like a layered skirt but has built in shorts underneath. Worn once, no damage. Doesn't fit anymore. Material is thick but light so is not see-through :) Well made. Wide Elastic waist True to size.
