Black Skort (Skirt with shorts)

Flowy mini skort. The item looks like a layered skirt but has built in shorts underneath. Worn once, no damage. Doesn't fit anymore. Material is thick but light so is not see-through :) Well made. Wide Elastic waist True to size. Shein is wasteful and an immoral company - I do not buy from them anymore. So I want to re-sell rather than have it go to waste.
