Black Sparkly Belt with Pearl and Rhinestones Heart Buckle

Skinny Belt. Black sparkle all around. Buckle is silver with faux pearls and rhinestones. Tags have been removed. Guessing that it is made of vinyl. Very good overall condition, shows minimal signs of wear specifically near one notch hole and a tiny spot on loop. 1/2" wide Adjustable 25" - 32" waist Heart is 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" Questions are welcomed.
