Black Statement Belt-Metallic Gold Lined Rosettes with Ruffle Fabric 28”

This statement belt is one of a kind! It is in ‘like new’ condition. This vintage belt is 28”, but stretches to 33”. It has a 9” long and 4” wide feature in the centre of the belt. This feature consists of 3 rosettes with metallic gold thread perimeters, with black satin leaves that extend from the rosettes. The rest of the belt is 3” wide. It is a black elastic belt with black ruffles that are also lined with metallic gold thread. The belt closes with 2 snaps. This belt is an accessory that stands out and adds an embellished addition to any outfit, especially monochromatic or plain clothing.
